Pros
Small company feel. You'll wear many hats and get exposure to different parts of the business. You can learn a lot while you are there. Benefits are good, although pay is only average.
Cons
Lots of micromanagement from the top. Very reactive, with no clear vision/strategy. What little direction is there changes as the wind blows. Extremely passive aggressive culture. Very unprofessional. A lack of professionalism, poor ethics and questionable values that start at the very top with the CEO - and it's basically his company so don't expect anything to change. If you really know what you are doing you will become frustrated.
