Business Outlook
Pros
- I get to be very involved in many different projects - Access to all levels of employees (work directly with directors and vp's) - Flexible work environment (I've been primarily wfh since 2020) - Starting pay was slightly above expectations - Company has the feel of a scrappy smaller business - Big bonuses (depending on how the business as a whole is doing)
Cons
- Very fast paced environment, many employees feel like they're doing the work of 2 people - You have to really manage your tasks to avoid getting burnt out - Not a huge deal, but the corporate office is in Marysville, so it's a bit of a drive from central Ohio (35 to 40 min w traffic)
