      - Great and supportive management (at least in my case) - Great Co-Workers - Managers will buy you lunch at times

      Cons

      - Not guaranteed hours (Seasonal Job) - Repetitive work - You have to pick up everyone else's slack including the home depot and lowes associates' slack.

      Amazing work environment. Understanding management. Good pay. Set your own hours. Easy to take time off.

      Cons

      Working in different weather conditions. Lack of communication. Some people get better hours than others. Hours cut extremely low during summer. Sometimes work load can be too much for one person. No workers compensation. No benefits
