      Always searching to improve an already great business, never satisfied with today but always looking to the future. Largely family owned, good capital structure, could be patient for the right long-term play.

      Cons

      Made a few bad investment decisions and the constant change is not for the faint-hearted. Too much change in senior leadership in a short period of time.

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
