      Great place to learn the ropes and get exposure. Excellent opportunities to network and enjoy some great benefits with others who will genuinely want to help you learn and grow in your career. Ability to take ownership of legitimate projects early on. Great work-life balance with hybrid work and flexible days off.

      Cons

      Sometimes some inefficient bureaucracy in working across departments to drive results. A lack of communication and clear alignment on projects when teams are shifted around rather frequently.

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
