      Good Benefits NO other good qualities that I can report on Scotts. The company is not a good place to be employed.

      Cons

      Management is poor. The Tone at the Top is false. 90-100 hours a week with no comp time.

      Amazing work environment. Understanding management. Good pay. Set your own hours. Easy to take time off.

      Cons

      Working in different weather conditions. Lack of communication. Some people get better hours than others. Hours cut extremely low during summer. Sometimes work load can be too much for one person. No workers compensation. No benefits
