Zero respect for the employees - Machine Operator Scotts Miracle-Gro Employee Review

You’re overworked, working OT constantly. Working weekends. The management is horrible, with zero communication on things and an only following there ideals without any insights from the workers. Unless you’re kissing up to them, you won’t be liked. Some of the most mindless supervisors who have no clue what is going on half the time, and just sit an office all day, doing nothing. It’s sickening to work for a place like that.
