      Great work life balance 6-9 months out of the year. Incentives - company car, gas, cellphone, discounted stock, and amazing 401K match.

      Cons

      High turnover for district managers in high profile area due to people using position as a stepping stone. Negotiate your salary upfront as the only increase outside of bonus incentive is a minimal cost of living increase. Very little room for advancement without being willing to relocate.

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
