      The company is really good, has very good benefits, majority of jobs are labor and expose to very extreme weather conditions 4 days a week,

      words to describe this Manager is over controlling to the point of obsession, monitoring every detail and leaving employees feeling powerless. Their aggression manifests in constant criticism rather than constructive guidance, making workers fear mistakes rather than learn from them.

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
