Pros
Decent pay and benefits, most people work 2-3 days in office. They offer summer fridays where you're encouraged to sign off around noon if possible
Cons
They have been doing layoffs every six months for over two years, people are being overworked constantly with leadership expecting everyone to pick up the slack with minimal support. The CEO is wildly inappropriate, and will go on tangents about politics, LGBTQ, sexualize female employees, and openly name and shame people -- all during townhall meetings. There is also immense nepotism, the CEO has surrounded himself with family members to ensure that he can't be removed. This has become so common that no one bats an eye. This has a trickle down effect on the entire culture where directors will openly criticize their reports as long as it benefits them. There are promises of promotions but the reality is that they will lay you off before you get promoted. If you want a stable job then don't work here.
