Pros

-CEO is well liked by all -hybrid work policy -Frequent team building and travel opportunity -clean office -talented people -great paternity leave policy

Cons

-building is too small for current staff size, more to be hired making it worse -strange project management workflow that causes disorganization -CTO is generally absent and known for last minute requests and toxic behavior. Leaves equally toxic and clueless vp’s in charge who are generally viewed as incompetent for roles -lack of systems and the ability to make systems, all engineering processes are pure Volkswagen -hard to get specs and other info from vw side despite being forced to use components -Confusion on who’s in charge both inside and outside engineering and other groups

Pros

the vehicle is awesome. has potential

Cons

- culture is bad!!!! Run!!! I have been here since the beginning. nothing changes ... it gets worse as it goes. I've been in startups and this is by far the worst. north Carolina move is hated by everyone. many have quit. the project is already in shambles, with this move its gotten worse. - promotions are only for upper leadership and a select few. an exceed expectations employee would receive the same amount of raise as the meets expectations. which makes you feel like doing the bare minimum. which many are slowly doing. - there is VP's and managers that do not do anything(zero!!).
