Pros

Hybrid Schedule to have Work/Life Balance Some amazing people to work with Decent benefits with ample time off Seeing the lives of kids changed is rewarding

Cons

Same Rules do NOT apply to all employees (Working fully remote vs coming to office) Senior management cannot make decisions in timely manner to make things happen. Was a much better, more caring organization to work for 15-25 years ago, feels more corporate now. Some employees are shuffled along or kept, even though many know there is no value to keeping them, yet they let hard working, valuable employees leave.

Pros

Good health benefits via UnitedHealth.

Cons

Micromanage, cannot hold a conversation in office in this department without getting in trouble for talking with colleagues. However they expect you to come in 3 days a week at minimum to encourage team collaboration and team building. Meanwhile people who are paid at least 6 figures walk around the office holding conversations about nothing work related or complaining about local council employees and members-as if they do not realize without these very same people they would not have the big houses and fancy cars they own.
