Pros

Retirement is good, Get used to working weekends, can be rewarding working with volunteers. Money Manpower, Learn these and you will do well.

Cons

Long Hours, Must be on top of scheduling time off, don't wait until the last minute. You will deal with a lot of people who may be dissatisfied with how you are doing from both management and volunteers even though you are meeting your goals.

Pros

Good health benefits via UnitedHealth.

Cons

Micromanage, cannot hold a conversation in office in this department without getting in trouble for talking with colleagues. However they expect you to come in 3 days a week at minimum to encourage team collaboration and team building. Meanwhile people who are paid at least 6 figures walk around the office holding conversations about nothing work related or complaining about local council employees and members-as if they do not realize without these very same people they would not have the big houses and fancy cars they own.
