      Great experience working with physicians and learning a lot about medicine. Also, exposure to in-clinic workflow is a great taste of the life of a physician.

      Cons

      Undertrained and overworked. Increase wages.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
