Pros
I was able to gain invaluable knowledge of medicine in several specialities. As a Junior Project Leader, I was able to travel to several states all paid for by the company.
Cons
Senior Project Leaders and Upper Management were less than helpful. Junior Project Leaders and Chief Scribes are often blamed for Upper Managements mistakes. (I was even told by my SPL that the JPLs were "obviously" the reason that some of her sites were struggling. She would also constantly talk about the staff in negative ways).
