Business Outlook
Pros
1) You get clinical experience and opportunities for letters of recommendation unlike any other opportunity I can think of 2) They technically pay you money 3) You could get a great manager
Cons
1) Relative to your skills and dependability, they pay you nothing 2) You depend, at least in an outpatient setting, on the schedule of your doctor, which can be remarkably unreliable 3) I had a great manager so I felt like I was valued by the company. However, you are a dime a dozen. There are a million other premed students who want your spot.
