Pros
As a CS- making your own schedule, having managerial role and being able to lead a team. Interacting with providers and gaining amazing medical experience. i wanted to stay with the company but the pay was not worth it :( I would go back if the pay was better!
Cons
pay is not worth what you do. If I was getting paid fair, I would have never left because this was my favorite job but I was being taken advantage of by overworking me for 14/hour. Clinic hours + management hours (scheduling, interviewing, CRT) + conference calls (1 hour/day) is a lot of work that should be making AT LEAST 25/HR!!
