The process to get started took longer than expected. Bad communication on the chief scribe and the cooperate with the scribes. They say you will start right away but it may take months to get medically cleared depending on your location. There is also a steep learning curve and expect you to know everything by your 5th floor training shift. The pay is minimum for the long hours that you work there.
