.) compensation is the minimum wage in your state - after 3 months they raise you to $10. But after that, no more raises. It does not matter how many years you have been with the company.
.) poor management. As chief scribe, I once asked for a raise after working for the company for 2 years. I was told no. That "this is a business and they want to make a bigger profit." I wish this was a lie, but that is exactly what I was told.
.) Again, YOU GET PAID TERRIBLY.
.) you will make more money working for a doctors office that hire there own scribes.
.) If you get promoted to floor trainer (which makes $11) you must demote them once they are done training the new hire. So basically you go back to making $10
.) the people working for them are students. And with this pay, we can barely afford the essentials we need.
.) They make you pay for your uniform. If you work in the ER, they will give you your shirt. But you must buy your own khaki pants. In outpatient, you must pay for your own scrubs ... WHICH ARE EXPENSIVE.
.) Do not work here, they are taking advantage of you. This company needs new, fair management.
