Pros
the training process is difficult, but it is a great look on a resume.
Cons
i am currently training with Scribe America in Orlando Fl. The main trainers have been good so far. They exclude/don't emphasize crucial information that ends up on the quizzes. They have trainers come in to aid the main trainer, and that's where the issue comes up. These trainers grade the quizzes, and they do not grade according to the work book. They do not care if your answer was explicitly written in the workbook, they will simply mark you wrong because it doesn't appeal to their standards. The quizzes are very broad and you will get your answer wrong if it isn't the answer they want out of 10 possible answers. When asking for clarification, they will make you feel completely incompetent. They do not understand that this is a learning process (reason why there is training duh). Extremely rude trainers that make you not want to work with this company. The amount of information expected to know by the next day is ridiculous. I understand that studying is crucial, but they expect you to not have a school or personal life during their training period. We should be given more than a 12 hours period including sleep to efficiently learn. Weren't we taught to NOT cram?
