      Pros

      Ability to work at home. Learning more medical terminology and how the clinicians work.

      Cons

      The pay is not enough to pay bills. Communication can be challenging because they don’t always respond in a timely manner. It took me about a month to start floor training because they never gave me a schedule and when I emailed, never got a response the first time.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
