      Flexible hours if using SPEKE Great experiences with providers

      Cons

      Punished for using overtime No work/life balance Not family-friendly Does not care about your health Upper management will give "okays" and then revoke them, leading to trouble Inconsistent with training and site assign Will throw you on a new site/EMR with no training Will overwork you Can work 50+ hours a week and still not get overtime Little to no pay raises

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
