Pros
The team is very friendly and helpful. The Chief Scribes are also very understanding of your personal schedule, especially when concerning school. It's a great job for clinical experience for those in school and with minimal time or are restricted by location.
Cons
Once the work is learned it is fairly easy to complete. However, as you improve and work faster you in turn get less hours. Outside of picking up more doctors there aren't many ways to make up for this loss. As well, you are rarely rewarded for great work outside of nice words. There are few raises and the pay seems extremely low for the job description and title.
