Pros

Work closely with doctors, great exposure to hospital ED environment if you're into it, and different patient situations, can potentially learn a lot and earn a good letter of recommendation in time

Cons

No real break, work nonstop for 10 hours and stuff down some food quickly during downtime, stressful, massive learning curve getting used to the charting system and flow of ED, only worth it if you are a serious med student, pay is $8 for first 90 days
