It's a good way to gain experience in using medical terminology, charting and documenting, and for using as a stepping stone to other careers.
Cons
ScribeAmerica knows its employees aren't staying there forever, and it takes advantage. The pay is low, and during my time there, they cut my pay and benefits further for cost-cutting, providing no incentive to do more.
