Pros
Cant really say there any real benefits from any other company
Cons
Constantly shifting management means the employees often get lost in the cogs of onboarding. Personally for me, it took a while for onboarding and training to occur. It was cinstant back and forth with email that were often delayed for days. When i finally did get a position, I was soon repositioned and promised another location. I waited a month and a half with weekly email update inquires they started addressing my position. Took another couple of months for them to realize that i required further training and certifications for the new job position. When training was finally done, the took a day away from the scribe who trained me and gave it to me. So my trainer received an unrequested work hour reduction and I received only 1 workdays even though i signed on for full time. It took me asking to resign for them to get me more hours. TLDR: Constantly changing management screwed me over in delays in getting a job position and work hours. P. S. Was paid $15 hourly but SA charged nearly double for the company that employed them.
