      Great opportunity to get leadership and healthcare experience

      Cons

      The management is difficult to work with. They are very disorganized, they don't acknowledge your efforts but are quick to point out what you did wrong. They give minimal training and essentially throw you to the wolves and hope you survive. It is very stressful working with them.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
