      flexible hours, take as long of a break as you want, exposure to doctors

      Cons

      pay, very hard to get any full time status so you're stuck as part time. feel degrading

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
