      The hiring process was super smooth, and everyone I interacted with was beyond kind and more than willing to answer questions! They also all clearly know the position and its implications well!

      The onboarding and training process is going to take about 2 to 3 months for some locations.

      I believe there's flexibility in some hours. Paid training.

      Cons

      My onboarding process has taken over 2 months and I've only clocked in for mandatory trainings with little to no communication from managers or hiring staff. $10 an hour.
