He operates at a level that is simply the strongest Sea-Bird has ever seen on fundamentals, close to the details, and able to connect strategy to execution in a way that drives real results. His coaching has elevated not just his direct team, but multiple functions across the organization. If anything, he is often the one bridging gaps and raising the bar.
