Pros
Lots of learning opportunities, good mid-level management. Great place to learn a little about a lot of things. Most of the employees are generous with sharing knowledge.
Cons
Senior management is very out of touch with how to build and sustain employee morale. Lean business policies are not necessarily a bad thing but there is such a thing in too lean.
