Management cares about the employees at all levels and is very effective in evaluating business opportunities in various sectors. The company extends very attrative benefits to the employees including company provided pension, 401k plan and ample leave time. Steve Bresky is very visable and approachable. The management structure throughout the company is very flat and most executives have several direct reports which allows the executives to be well informed on all fronts. Company also supports the community in many areas and invites employees to particiapte as well.
