      excellent advancement opportunities. excellent benefits. very good medical insurance. paid vacation. family leave for birth of child, even for father. good pay

      Cons

      poor training, management is just a lot of politics and red tape. employees are just a number very impersonal treatment by seaboard in general. very high turnover rate.

We actually take pride in our culture for having very few politics and minimal red tape. We always appreciate timely feedback to prevent unnecessary frustration and support our employees development goals.

      Pros

      Some of the people are great but few and far between.

      Cons

      A majority of the managers are unprofessional and do not know how to manage a team. System and processes are antiquated yet they are jumping on the AI bandwagon and contractors have been let go. Benefits aren’t stellar and the pay and PTO have not kept up with industry standards. If considering for employment, beware the interview is as good as it gets.
