      Annual Meat Sale for employees

      Cons

      No training or advancement provided to employees. Hires externally instead of seeing the potential in current employees. Makes employees come into the office during a pandemic even though everyone is capable of working from home. Lacks communication. No HR support.

      Pros

      Some of the people are great but few and far between.

      Cons

      A majority of the managers are unprofessional and do not know how to manage a team. System and processes are antiquated yet they are jumping on the AI bandwagon and contractors have been let go. Benefits aren’t stellar and the pay and PTO have not kept up with industry standards. If considering for employment, beware the interview is as good as it gets.
