      Not much to say really

      Cons

      You will work the most ridiculous hours in the U.S. I average about 120 hours every 2 week pay period and am paid 80 hours a week. If you have any kind of life do not do it.

      Pros

      Some of the people are great but few and far between.

      Cons

      A majority of the managers are unprofessional and do not know how to manage a team. System and processes are antiquated yet they are jumping on the AI bandwagon and contractors have been let go. Benefits aren’t stellar and the pay and PTO have not kept up with industry standards. If considering for employment, beware the interview is as good as it gets.
