      Pros

      The hours are 6 am to 2pm. Only work with 7 other people. Get to take care of baby piglets and momma sows. Discounted pork packs offered by company.

      Cons

      Salary at 80 hrs per 2 weeks. But work weekends and every holiday and work 90 to 100 hours. Always short staffed and horrible communication with the uppers in the company. Hard labor at times.

      Pros

      Some of the people are great but few and far between.

      Cons

      A majority of the managers are unprofessional and do not know how to manage a team. System and processes are antiquated yet they are jumping on the AI bandwagon and contractors have been let go. Benefits aren’t stellar and the pay and PTO have not kept up with industry standards. If considering for employment, beware the interview is as good as it gets.
