Good people but would not go back - Extrusion and Injection Molding Co-Op Seagate Plastics Employee Review

The upper management were a real pain to work with... I suggest not even bothering with applying here because the employee turn over rate is insane! The owner loves to hold rules to specific employees but not his own children who work all throughout the company.
