Pros
Co-workers are great as we are all in the same boat of doing more with less. Us vs. them mentality leads to tighter work units, but comes at a cost because distrust of company is high.
Cons
Sr. Management ever changing and seems to not know what direction they want to lead the company. Strategies sway quarter to quarter, no real feel that they know what's going on. Business is in decline, pay is in decline, bonus non-existent, no reason for many to stay. Layoffs looming.
