Pros
Benefits, very good 401K where they match 50%. ESPP, bonuses (when you get them) and great people
Cons
Constant change, some change is needed but there is too much there. Poor leadership being hired in that don't know what they are doing. Lots of really bad decisions being made overall. Very little work/life balance, if you are looking for a job you get to come home to your family and spend time this probably isn't the place you want to work. You will have to work all kinds of hours and have meetings early and late. You most likely will be taking over a job that 3 or 4 people use to do and expected to figure out how to do it by yourself. Keep in mind if you don't work those hours or take on all that work, you will most likely be on the next restructuring plan (hint laid off).
