Pros
work/life balance is decent. colleagues are friendly.
Cons
Sinking ship that has no clear direction on how to grow. Over the last 4 years, company has seen around 20 VP (and above) turnover which highlights the instability and lack of coherent strategy. Leadership is very weak. Constant layoffs to keep EPS respectable when top line growth is not happening. Poor career growth, especially for those starting from school.
