This is basically a sinking ship. Here are the signs:
1. Over the past few years the focal and promotions are minimum. If you are early in your career, no matter how good seagate's offer looks, don't take it.
2. There is no training at all.
3. No idea what management is doing. They are still having meetings all day long, as usual, but nothing is executed.
4. The worst thing that could happen to a tech company: engineers are being laid off.
5. We don't have anything to celebrate anymore.
