Pros
The people that I worked with were awesome. Working from home, although that was being squashed too.
Cons
Little raise if any (3-gate). Even if I had a remarkable review, chances were that we were getting little raises or nothing at all. Bonuses were always questionable. Constant resizing, restructuring, and laying off great people without even taking into consideration their responsibilities and how they will be handled moving forward. Way overworked due to running so lean, causing the highest levels of stress that I've ever encountered resulting in high blood pressure and other health concerns. Not being recognized for your hard work while management wins awards for "their" accomplishments... I could go on and on... but let me just say that it was the worst place I have ever worked.
