Org Chart is designed as something you would expect from a 1 Billion dollar company, not a 10+ Billion dollar company. All senior managers handle a little of everything, which means theoretically a 1 billion dollar product is only worth 10% of their time and effort.
Due to lack of conference rooms, it is common to have web-ex meetings with people in the same building and never meet them in person.
Manager is given autonomy to determine if you can take vacation days, ability to work from home, use on site facilities (i.e. gym, walking path), etc. Make sure to get an opportunity to speak to other co-workers reporting to the manager before accepting any offers.
