Pros

Salary level matched job described in interview Nice gym and cafe on site This is a large company so everyone's experience can differ greatly based off job role, location and most importantly your Manager.

Cons

Org Chart is designed as something you would expect from a 1 Billion dollar company, not a 10+ Billion dollar company. All senior managers handle a little of everything, which means theoretically a 1 billion dollar product is only worth 10% of their time and effort. Due to lack of conference rooms, it is common to have web-ex meetings with people in the same building and never meet them in person. Manager is given autonomy to determine if you can take vacation days, ability to work from home, use on site facilities (i.e. gym, walking path), etc. Make sure to get an opportunity to speak to other co-workers reporting to the manager before accepting any offers.

Pros

Great technology for the era of AI. Stock is doing well.

Cons

High performers have been laid off based on market/biz unit goals. Outsourcing/derisking is a thing lately.

Pros

Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

Cons

Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
