Ibworked for Seagate for 17 years and am very thankful for all it has given me. Sadly years of the good old boys club, hiring of buddies, back scratching and poor decisions have made the place a toxic and dying company. It is only a matter if time before the company fails and the management walks away with money in their pocket at the expense of all the employees who tried to keep it going. Upper management lacks creativity and compassion. Too bad.
