Younger generations are not valued. There is no sense of community/groups or acceptance in or outside of teams. There are no incentives for managers to be good managers, and therefore they do not care about the employees under them. New ideas are shot down constantly. There is no proper training. Professional development is limited. Travel expenses have been cut because apparently it is not important to know the people you are working with across the globe. HR has constant turnover. Constant layoffs and people quitting. Employees either have nothing to do or too much to do.
