+Work Life Balance: Quite easy going slow pace routine job. Friendly working environment. No pushing. +product/function based organization. For example, every product line have their own PM, engineer, manufacturing team, mechanic, QC, R&D, etc. Making every individual have clear view of their job response.
Cons
-hierarchy too vertical, too complex, making the company difficult to improve policy, adapt new strategy, or even change some minor processes. -traditional performance review, based upon politics and seniority.
