      surrounded by very talented people in the industry, challenging and rewarding. Never a dull moment, always dynamic and fast paced.

      Cons

      Big company, sometimes fast decision making can be hindered by a lot of concerns from individual or groups. But there is always a presence of a good leader so this obstacle can be dealt with easily.

      Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

      Cons

      Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
