      Empowered to make decisions for process improvements. Good corporate governance and provided ample training opportunities for employees. However, job security is an issue to note. Encourages work life balance and healthy workplace. They have a gym in the building for employees to use during their free time.

      Have to convince potential candidates to accept offers as they are concern with job stability. Retrenchment exercises are common.

      Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

      Cons

      Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
