      Good working environment. Nice payment

      Cons

      Some people are not willing to help. some engineers do almost half of the team's work and some people almost do nothing but get the same salary and bonus. Waiting too long to get promote.

      Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

      Cons

      Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
