Some in high positions ( legal officers) are extremely sexists and racist and when leadership told they ignored. Minority women do not stand a chance unless you are willing to play their game. Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

Cons

Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
